Does the FURminator deShedding tool solve my problem?
I just bought the FURminator deShedding tool for cats because that one of my short hair likes to sleep on my bed all the time and leaves behind a ton of cat hair on my sheets. I know that if I'm obviously going have at least some cat hair on my bed, but it will help my problem at all? I read the comments on it and most comments were good, that the negatives were the actual price, but many people also said it was well worth the money.
I have one and I am very happy with it. I do not get the huge sackloads loose hair they show in the advertising, but stops enormously. Yes, it's expensive, but I think it's worth it. Just make sure not to use too often - overuse can damage the skin of your cat. Once a week is pretty good if you have a heavy shedder, every week, others not.
